Social Responsibilities

 Ignite Marketing believes in a safe, happy and fair work environment for all our employees and suppliers right through to the individuals who manufacture the product. Happy employees equal a happy customer. It's important for us to protect our environment and the people in it, that's why we align ourselves with suppliers that have the same initiatives. We enforce these policies by working with suppliers that use 3rd party vendors to audit their facilities acquiring certifications that ensure safe, high-quality, social compliant and environmentally conscientious merchandise. Ignite Marketing does not use child or forced labor. We abide by all laws governing the Countries we do business in. All employees are treated equally and have access to equal opportunities. We hire and promote based on merit and performance. No discrimination shall be tolerated on the basis of gender, age, religion, race, caste, social background, disability, ethnic and national origin, nationality, memberships in workers' organization's including unions, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristics. Employees that do not follow these policies risk loss of employment. Workers shall not be required to work in excess of 48 hours per week. Overtime is voluntary. All employees are provided with a safe and healthy work environment.   

 As a corporate entity Ignite Marketing and it's employees strive to reduce our carbon footprint through energy saving and recycling initiatives. We have implemented a paperless program where we only print as absolutely necessary. When we require printed documents we use 100% recycled paper. All empty ink cartridges are dropped off to our supplier to be recycled. We participate in recycling programs ensuring corrugated boxes, paper, plastic, metals, and all recyclable goods are recycled. We conserve energy by ensuring the power is off to machinery and areas of our workspace that are not in use. This is an on-going program for us and are continuously looking for new ways to be environmentally friendly 

   As part of our promise to look after the people in our environment it's Ignite Marketing's policy to participate within our community by providing donations. We provide donations to the following charities: Sick Kids Foundation, MS Walk, Habitat For Humanity. We also provide sponsorship to The Niagara Falls Flyers Tyke Hockey Team
